At it Luggage, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not completely happy, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging with the tags still attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused luggage in its original box, ensuring all protective materials and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
